I was charged with an offence that I was not guilty of, despite paying a huge amount of money to 2 separate solicitors and my barrister, I was advised to plead guilty in the hope of getting a reduced sentence.

Ali helped me to collect the evidence that the police and my solicitors had failed to obtain and she recommended specialist reports be carried out to prove my case.

As a result the CPS quite rightly dropped the case, if it had not been for her there could well have been a huge miscarriage of justice. She didn't charge me a penny and it must have taken her hours of work. I will be forever grateful.

Ali is just so kind and calm, she really puts you at ease, you know she's on your side, and I can't explain how important that was to me.

I suffered a horrific assault and the police did absolutely nothing. Ali helped me to obtain my medical reports and police records so that I could make a complaint, and later claim compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. I can’t believe she is not asking for a percentage of my compensation.

Ali helped me with a family court issue, she prepared paperwork and attended court with me on a number of occasions as a McKenzie friend. I felt so supported by her.

I am seeing my kids now because of her, there is no legal aid and I couldn't afford a solicitor but Ali did everything, all my paperwork etc and she gave me the confidence to represent myself and I now have 50/50 time with my boys.

I was sacked for alleged gross misconduct and accused of theft, which was completely untrue. Ali took on my case and I received an apology and compensation. Highly Recommended.

A few years ago I was being evicted, / was in a dark place and had my head in the sand until the final letter saying the Bailiffs would be round next Thursday to forcibly evict me. I contacted Ali and she got an emergency hearing for that same Thursday. I remember the Bailiffs laughing at us and saying they would be at my house before me and all my stuff would be outside.

Well they couldn't have been more wrong, Ali spoke on my behalf and the court granted that my possession order be set aside so that Ali could help me get the housing and benefits advice I needed so I wouldn't have to lose my home.

I paid a parcel carrier a lot of money to take three parcels, fully insured, to Portugal. One parcel arrived and was ok, another arrived having been damaged in transit and the third has never been seen since.

The carrier would not reply to my requests for assistance and finally Ali helped me to write a “Letter Before Action” and then start legal proceedings against them. They paid up!

At our recent CQC Inspection our rating was raised from Requires Improvement to Good and the Inspectors said they could not fault our HR records.

We run an excellent business in the care industry but our records were not in good shape. Now Alison has worked her magic we are ready for inspection!

We had an urgent query about a sponsorship issue, and emailed Alison, within the hour we had our answer and she didn't even charge for the advice. Highly recommend her.

Alison wrote and delivered a bespoke training course for us. It was clear and concise and extremely helpful to our staff.

It was an interactive session with real life examples, everyone enjoyed it and the feedback from everyone who attended was so positive.

Alison has policies for every issue that can be adapted to your needs. We used a lot of them and even asked her to write some bespoke policies. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service.

I have completed several of the training courses for my own benefit (HR Manager) and they are so detailed and thorough. I really feel I have gained new skills and increased my potential for promotion.

As a disabled person I particularly loved Alison's approach to her "Embracing Disability in the Workplace", course.

Most training I've come across focuses on how to avoid discrimination whereas Alison's course recognises the huge potential of the disabled work force that many employers miss out on when they overlook us. We are so much more than our disabilities and our input is invaluable.

Alison is currently helping me with a sex discrimination and sexual harassment claim against my former employer. I felt suicidal at work but Alison's kind and knowledgeable support makes me feel strong enough to fight back.

I have a claim in the Employment Tribunal and Alison has been amazing. It is a really formal scary process but Alison is calm and explains everything really well. I would not have got this far without her.

Alison helped me win a disability discrimination case against a massive high street bank. I have Crohn's disease and her statement that "I became incontinent and not incompetent" was sheer genius!
